In May 2018 the European Commission adopted its proposal for the next Erasmus+ program, with a doubling of the budget to 30 billion Euros for the period 2021-2027. It is foreseen that the next program will provide learning and mobility opportunities to 12 million people.
In this context, mobility and youth organizations were invited on July 26th and August 30th to discover the tools created in the framework of the OnGea project.
The result of this project is a free open source digital toolkit developed to support logistical aspects of youth activities; especially (but not exclusively) of Erasmus+ Key Action 1 – youth exchange, training course etc.
The 2 tools are: an administrative app for host and sending organisations; and a mobile app for participants. To download the apps please follow the link: https://www.ongea.eu/
The feedback we have received from the part of the persons present at the multiplayer events was very positive, they considered the tools very useful for exchanging information without using the e-mail, particularly between the host organization and young participants.
