How do you implement an artistic and cultural initiative tailored to the region and target audience?

This training course offers a methodology for choosing the institutional framework in which to operate, and understanding the objectives and constraints of operators for partnerships in the field.

Sam KHEBIZI, director of the association Les Têtes de l’Art.

After 30 years of rich and varied experience, Sam Khebizi has acquired a wealth of know-how and an extensive network, which he puts to good use in the cultural sector and the social economy.

Training objectives

  • Positioning your project in a given territory with clear objectives
  • Identify intervention frameworks, systems and funding sources
  • Distinguish between players, contacts, relays and partners
  • Use project management methodology and tools

  • 7 h/dr from 9:30am to 12:45pm and from 2:15pm to 5:45pm.
