Guided by the artist, a group of adolescents from the Fraternity of Belle de Mai collaboratively created a mural around the theme of children’s rights. They worked on symbols representing fundamental rights (the right to protection, decent housing, freedom of expression, the opportunity to play and create, etc.), which they then drew, painted, and colored on the courtyard wall of the Fraternity.

Place Caffo, Marseille 3rd arrondissement
With artists Esther Megard (visual artist) and Samya Pelloquin (dancer, choreographer, and urban planner) – August 2020

The artists invited passersby to experience a new perspective on public space through sensory walks and texture collections, then to explore the stories told through gestures and movements during encounters. These exchanges took the final form of three collages and paintings on wooden panels that testify to the imagination and experiences resulting from the workshops.
