A look back at the ENGAGE project workshop in Florence

This workshop took place from 29 November to 3 December 2023 and was hosted by the Centro di Creazione e Cultura in Florence at the PARC_Performing Arts Research Centre.

After this first stage in Florence, aimed at enriching the repertoire of participatory art workshops, during which each organisation presented its tools and gathered feedback, the tools will be tested in a variety of local contexts, and the results will be presented at a conference in Marseille in September, accompanied by a booklet.

ENGAGE (Empowering New Generations by Artistic Group Experiences) is an international project initiated and coordinated by the association Les Têtes de L’Art. It brings together a consortium of four partner organisations from different European countries and one African organisation: Fundación ACM Asamblea de Ciudadanos y Ciudadanas del Mediterráneo (Maroc), Centro di Creazione e Cultura (Italie), Freies Theater Tempus fugit (Allemagne), Les Têtes de l’Art (France).

Here’s a look back at the workshop in Florence, with an aftermovie of all the tools tested over the past few days:
